The spring schedule runs until the 26th of June and after that I will be be on vacation for a few weeks as well as run a retreat in Dalarna with my friend and fellow teacher Karolina Zakrzewska. There will be opportunity to self practice during this time and you may also still sign up and join the Ashtanga and Superfood week in Malung, Dalarna. Teaching resumes on Sunday 19th of July with a special summer schedule that runs until the 30 August. During the month of August I also offer two weekend courses for beginners in Malmö and Lund respectively. At the end of the month I hold an additional free intro to Mysore style.

– FREE INTRO to Ashtanga Mysore style 30/8- an info-session for those curious about Mysore practice. More info and registration here
– ASHTANGA YOGA & SUPER FOOD RETREAT 29/6-5/7 in Dalarna – you may still sign up for this week with me and my friend/yoga teacher Karolina Zakzewska. All levels of practitioners are welcome, including beginners. Click here for more information
