Between 7th-19th August Ashtanga Yoga Malmö/Lund will operate on a slightly reduced schedule while R Sharath Jois is visiting Copenhagen and Stockholm. Please consult the timings for  teacher taught classes and self-practice below. If you would like to practice with Sharath in Copenhagen there is still possibility to sign up for the workshop here

Summer schedule 2015

The spring schedule runs until the 26th of June and after that I will be be on vacation for a few weeks as well as run a retreat2015-05-Ashtanga-Malmo 79 in Dalarna with my friend and fellow teacher Karolina Zakrzewska. There will be opportunity to self practice during this time and you may also still sign up and join the Ashtanga and Superfood week in Malung, Dalarna. Teaching resumes on Sunday 19th of July with a special summer schedule that runs until the 30 August. During the month of August I also offer two weekend courses for beginners in Malmö and Lund respectively. At the end of the month I hold an additional free intro to Mysore style.

– SELF-PRACTICE SCHEDULE for the period 5/7-18/7. No teacher or adjustments; free of charge and open to all ashtangis. Check the opening hours in the schedule here

– WEEKEND COURSE for BEGINNERS –intensive course on the basics of Ashtanga yoga. Malmö (1+2 August) and Lund (22+23 August). Read more and sign up via the courses page .

– FREE INTRO to Ashtanga Mysore style 30/8- an info-session for those curious about Mysore practice. More info and registration here

– ASHTANGA YOGA & SUPER FOOD RETREAT 29/6-5/7 in Dalarna – you may still sign up for this week with me and my friend/yoga teacher Karolina Zakzewska. All levels of practitioners are welcome, including beginners. Click here for more information

Temporary schedule 3-10 April

The week after Easter there is a break in the regular schedule as Isabella is away 4-10 April. On Good Friday 3/4 at 9.30-11.30 am a Mysore class will be held in Lund. During the following week the opportunity for self-practice is available (no adjustments) for those who wish to come to the shala and do their practice. An updated Spring/Summer schedule (Apr/June) with more classes and new beginner’s courses starts on 12/4.
