 \nYin yoga is a calm and relaxing type of yoga where you give yourself tim
 e to 'just be'. We let go of all performance\, expectation or the impulse 
 to 'do' something and practice being in the moment and to feel the body.\n
 In yin yoga\, each position is entered with the assistance of gravity and 
 together with a focus on breathing\; we help our muscles to relax. We stay
  in each position for about 3-5 minutes: in this way\, the connective tiss
 ue/fascia that holds all the body's organs and muscles together is stimula
 ted and stretched.\nYin yoga is a good complement to other physical activi
 ty such as running or more dynamic yoga styles\, and is particularly suita
 ble if you feel stiff. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience!\nClas
 s structure:\n\nGrounding on the mat - light movements to sense the body.
